The first stove that I ever owned was a Clearview 750 Flat Top. It was in 1990 when I purchased it and at the time it was probably the cleanest burning stove on the market. It runs on a 7″ spigot and has the option of 3 different boilers.
One of the first stoves that promoted a secondary combustion and steel body instead of the old cast iron bodies that were mostly available at this time. But like most things the technology moves on and if you don’t change you get left behind. These are now considered old and they have not moved on from the 1980’s.
